Join The Albany Ski Club!

Select your membership level below. Current membership is a nominal $20 per year for each adult 18 plus. Those under 18 are free to join. If more than two adult members in a household, please register additional family members individually. Choose a family membership for a one or two adult household if enrolling children 26 and under with no additional cost.

Once you join, your membership card(s) are automatically generated for you to present on your phone or print out. Once a member, you can sign up for events on our website!

One Adult Family Membership (Dependent children living in same household up to age 26 are free) - $20.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments This membership category is for one adult registering as a member and dependent children up to age 26 living in the same household.

Two Adult Family Membership ( Dependent children up to the age of 26 in same household are free.) - $40.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments This membership category is for two adults registering as a member and dependent children up to age 26 living in the same household.

Under 18 Membership - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments For individuals under 18 who may be signing up without an adult member 18+.

We promote skiing as a family activity and encourage young people to take an interest in skiing and racing. Enjoy activities among a friendly group of skiers, and take advantage of year-round activities too. Enjoy travel to western and eastern resorts with the club. Trips are planned and led by club members. Below are many of the benefits you can enjoy as a member!

Discounted Lift Tickets

The Capital District Ski Council, negotiates discounted ski days each year. You can find the most updated list on the NYCDSC website.

Social Events Year Round

In addition to skiing, the club schedules and hosts numerous social events year round. An annual picnic, bike rides, happy hours and other activities.

Club Travel Trips

Enjoy a ski trip to a new mountain or an old favorite with the club. Each year the club organizes ski trips. Often, we pick destinations both in the east and west. Travelling as a group provides travel discounts and opportunities to meet new people and make lifelong friends.

Club Racing

The club works with the Capital District Ski Council and the New Jersey Ski and Snowboard Council to provide opportunities for racing.

End of Year Banquet Hosted by the New Capital District Ski Council (NYCDSC)

There is an end of year banquet to honor overall season racer winners as well as announce the installation of new members for the NYCDSC.

Meetings
Our meetings are not mandatory, although we encourage members to get involved. They are held on an as needed basis. Board Meetings are held monthly through the year. If you want to attend a board meeting, contact our president at president@albanyskiclub.com.

We Want You to Get Involved!

We are an organization of volunteers who love to SKI! But, we need talented people to run the club!

Want to sharpen your leadership skills by serving on our Board of Directors?
Elections are held typically each April. A one year commitment to the club can get you involved and meeting other members.
